I have downloaded Bites. How to install them?
In order to install them yourself, you must have basic skills in handling the HTML and CSS code. First you need to download the archive with the necessary components. After unpacking it, upload the bites folder to the root directory of your website. You can do this using FTP client or file manager on your hosting. Next, follow the instructions described in the documentation.
How to install Bites in Wordpress CMS?
No special plugin has been created for the bytes, you have to do it manually. Download the archive and install the bites folder in the root directory of your theme (/wp-content/themes/your-theme/). Install the necessary components in header.php (css) and footer.php (js). What components are needed, you can find out in the documentation. If you are using Bites with a picture, specify the correct path to the directory with media files

How can I use Bites?
Bites can be used for various purposes: notifying visitors on your website, sign up or sign in form, feedback, collecting subscribers emails, news, articles, social buttons, rating, etc.
I installed Bites with the form on my website, but the form does not work.
Any form used Bites (subscription, registration or logging, feedback) is not workable, you can set your form using Bites styles.
What triggers do Bites have?
Bites have 5 triggers: 1) popup after a certain time after the user has visited your website; 2) pop up by clicking a button or link; 3) popup after a few clicks on the page area; 4) popup when scrolling the page; 5) popup when the user tries to close the tab.
How can I interact with other website content when launching Bites?
To do this, in the code of the modal you need to set the following attribute: data-backdrop="true"

Bites have cookies, to set them up you need to edit the file bites.js: open the file in any text editor and find all the lines beginning with "Cookies.remove..." and delete them, in the line above ("Cookies.set...") set the number of days that cookies will live ("expires: 1").
